The Earth Medallion is crafted by a ring of 4 Clay Bricks and 4 Gold Nuggets with a dirt block in the middle. It can be charged by taking fall damage, and when fully charged, it takes on the purple enchanted item sheen.

Uses

When right-clicked and treated as a splash/thrown item, it acts similarly to the Holy Hand Grenade in that it creates an explosion that only hurts living things within its radius.

The Earth Medallion is also used in crafting two things: the Geo Amulet and the Titan Band.
