Enchanted Book 403 is commonly found in chests in Battle Towers, Castles and Pirate Ships, but it has no known enchantments and will not enchant any tool or piece of armour using the anvil.  

The book looks like any other ordinary enchanted book and can be reenchanted using the enchanting table.

Enchanted Book 403 is potentially a bug since other dungeons seem to spawn Enchanted Books also, except in those cases, it is a real enchanted book. Be reminded that all enchanted books have an item ID of 403.

Please note that Enchanted Book "403"s number is not a part of its name and is just the item ID displayed by the Not Enough Items Mod.
