The Iron Shield is one of the shields added by the Asgard Shield mod. The shield has relatively balanced stats and provides protection from explosions. It has a durability of 250. It inflicts 1/2 heart of damage and does 1 block of knockback with each hit. When not guarding, the shield absorbs 20% of damage taken. Its weakness is water, and using the shield in water will cause it to rust and result increasing durability damage. Its special perk is unmovable object. When on guard, the shield will have 50% less explosion durability damage.
The Iron Shield can be made into a Stone Shield, by placing gold ingots around the shield in a crafting table.
